APPROACH

There is no one size fits all model for counseling. Every person is unique and deserves a crafted approach that fits their individual needs and personality. Together, we determine the best therapeutic route based off of who you are, what you are seeking counseling for, and the goals you have.

I have found that the main reason someone comes to see me isn’t dependent on a singular issue. Knowing this, we learn more about your unique situation by identifying things like: Family, friends, work, school, previous experiences, relationships, etc. With a full understanding of your situation, utilizing a systemic approach, we can continue with the healing process of becoming the best version of yourself.I would love to talk with you about the challenges you may be facing and begin to develop a personalized approach for you that will help you to attain the goals you’re after.

BACKGROUND

Growing up in the Denver area, my love for basketball took me south to Nashville as I competed as an NCAA athlete. There, I obtained a bachelors degree in Psychology and a Masters of Marriage and Family Therapy (M.MFT) from Trevecca Nazarene University. Although I serve individuals at any stage of life, my passion is working with tweens to young adults who struggle with identity challenges, anxiety, social pressures, or attachment wounds.

After graduation, I moved back to start my own practice. In my free time, I enjoy remodeling and decorating homes, playing board games with friends, and trying out different local coffee shops. I would love to meet with you and provide a comforting environment for transformation and consider a privilege to walk alongside you in this journey.
